I get involved early, quickly understand what actually matters to the customer, and shape both the technical approach and how it’s communicated. Owned Cove Backup and Adlumin MDR growth in DACH. Built EMEA-wide SDR training program that increased pipeline by 30%. Transformed the sales team into a value-based motion.
